You are hereby invited to attend the Annual Meeting of Bunwell Parish Council at The Village Hall, Bunwell on Wednesday, 20th May, 2015.  The Meeting will immediately follow the Annual Parish Meeting starting at 7.00 pm.  The press are welcome to attend. 




1.              To elect a chairman

2.              To receive the chairman’s declaration of office

3.              To appoint a vice chairman

4.              To consider accepting apologies for absence

5.              To record declarations of interest from Council members in any item to be discussed

6.              To co-opt Mrs D Dickson as a Bunwell Parish Councillor

7.              To appoint representatives to outside bodies

8.              To appoint committees and sub committees

9.              To consider payment of subscriptions falling annually

10.          To inspect any deeds and trust investments in the custody of the parish council as required

11.          To approve the minutes of the Council Meeting held on 13 April, 2015

12.          To discuss matters arising from the minutes

13.          Adjourn the meeting to allow the public to raise issues of concern

14.          To receive the District and County Councillor’s Reports

15.          Re-convene the meeting

17.          To receive and discuss correspondence

18.          To receive a report on Police and crime issues

23.1.         To add additional play equipment at the Playing Field

24.          To receive an update on the circulation of the Parish Magazine to ALL Bunwell Residents

25.          To consider the provision of a trod path to The Jolly Farmers

26.          To discuss how usage of the Parish facilities of Sports Hall, Village Hall and Playing Field can be improved.

27.          To consider the purchase of an addition pic-nic table for the Playing Field.
