a.      Orchard Developments, Bunwell Street, removal of condition 6 on application 2008/0843 & condition 7 on 2009/1060 – for removal of provision for pedestrian footway

b.     Deal Tree Farm, Wymondham Road, Proposed change of use of existing redundant outbuildings to provide additional domestic accommodation for elderly mother & two children

c.      Saffron Housing, Land at Bunwell Street, provision of affordable housing development to provide 6 dwellings; 2 one bedroom flats, 1 two bedroom house, 2 three bedroom houses and 1 four bedroom house with associates open space, landscaping and parking
