Parish Council Questionnaire

As discussed at the Parish Council Meeting in July, the Councillors’ would like to involve the Bunwell parishioners in prioritising projects in the village, and suggesting alternatives.  The August Parish Magazine contained a questionnaire for completion.  As we know some homes do not have the Parish Magazine delivered please click here to download the Parish Questionnaire or go to the Parish Council, Documents section and return it to Bunwell Stores, the results will be discussed at the October Parish Meeting.

Dropzone Open Evening

On Friday 4th July from 7-pm we will be having a barbecue and fundraising evening. We would like to invite parents and current year 6's along to this evening.

We shall be having fun and mayhem and shall be challenging the young people and parents to some wacky races. Come dressed for action, there will be prizes to be won.

There will be a barbecue for all, with hot dogs and burgers for purchase. our normal tuck shop and ice-creams will also be available.

Also on this evening we hope to fit in a very short AGM. This part of the evening will be kept to the bare minimum but will include a report from the chairman and a report on the groups financial situation.

we would like to invite current year 6's along to Dropzone with their parents for a taster session

Bunwell Primary School - Newsletter May 2014

Welcome to the Bunwell update!

At Easter we said goodbye to Mrs Coleman (and Jim). They have now moved to Hampshire, and she reports a whirlwind of activity in her new home. What an adventure!

I do not know if it our fault, but yet again our May Day celebrations were held in breezy, cool conditions rather than the warm sun we were hoping for! Well done to Class 3 for some wonderful maypole dancing and to Mr Tuckett for his work in teaching skills he did not know he had before starting!
