Rainbows is for girls aged 5-7 years old and they explore the world around them through crafts, games and other activities. They follow a special programme of activities, learning new things and having lots of fun.
Brownies is for girls aged 7-10 years old and they work as a group and individually towards interest badges. Brownies play games, make crafts, do cooking and also enjoy day trips and nights away on sleepovers and pack holidays
Guides is for girls aged 10-14 years old and is all about adventure and having fun. Guides work towards gaining interest badges, and the girls play games and do crafts but also have a go at outdoor activities such as archery, climbing and cooking over open fires. Guides enjoy trips, holidays and camps including both local and international events.
Ranger is for girls aged 14+ and they enjoy many different activities both indoors and outdoors. Rangers help to plan and organise their own programme taking ownership of their unit and running activities that they wish to do. There is an optional voluntary element to Rangers as some girls choose to volunteer their time and help at a younger section as a Young Leader. Rangers like to get away on day trips, holidays and camps as much they can, they also have the opportunity to travel abroad.
